Lawn Aeration
Core Aeration is a critical process that enables oxygen, water, and fertilizer to penetrate deep into the grass roots, leading to a healthy lawn. This process also promotes the decomposition of thatch and loosens compacted soil, which further enhances your lawn's vitality. For best results, we recommend aerating your lawn at least twice a year, ideally during the Spring and Fall seasons. We will only service maintained and irrigated lawn areas, not wild native grasses.
Price: starting at $59 for lot sizes under 7k sq ft, $8 per 1k sq ft additional. Double Pass Core Aeration is 1.5x.
Dethatching aka. Power-raking
While dethatching your lawn can greatly assist with top seeding by removing the layer of dead thatch and breaking up the topsoil, it is not always necessary. We recommend dethatching during the early to mid-spring if your lawn has a significant amount of thatch buildup. Let us help you determine if dethatching is the right choice for your lawn with our expert assessment and professional services. We will only service maintained and irrigated lawn areas, not wild native grasses.
Price: starting at $125 for lot sizes under 7k sq ft, $11 per 1k sq ft additional.
Thatch Clean Up Additional Price: starting at $250 for lot sizes under 7k sq ft, $40 per 1k sq ft additional.
Fertilization and Overseeding
Fertilizer is an essential part of maintaining a healthy lawn, and we recommend doing it approximately five times per year. Our team uses fertilizers that are specifically designed for Colorado lawns to ensure the best possible results. However, we do not provide pesticide control services. Additionally, overseeding can be done as needed or as part of regular maintenance during the Spring and Fall seasons.
